Polish web host ViHost got some fairly low priced Polish based OpenVZ hosting starting at 29 zlotys a month which is the equivalent of roughly $9.40 US dollars. The site is only available in Polish but I found it to be pretty straightforward to navigate.

It's not the first Turkish host I've posted about, alot of Turkish hosts have been appearing lately. Idealhosting is the name, offering hosting in five different countries, mainly VPS. I'll be addressing the smallest Turkish VPS plan. I'm not entierly sure if it's OpenVZ or XEN, as both is listed, I'm assuming if you want Windows or FreeBSD you'll get XEN, otherwise it's OpenVZ.
